If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or bank account details — you must update your Account profile promptly. eh88 cannot be held liable for failed communications or payments arising from outdated Account information.

All deposits on eh88 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. eh88 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit within 30 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your Account balance.
eh88 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which eh88 bears no responsibility.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. All withdrawals require a fully KYC-verified Account. Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for verified Accounts. Funds are returned exclusively to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
eh88 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations under its international gaming licence. We reserve the right to request documentation regarding the source of funds deposited into any Account. Any Account found engaging in such practices will be immediately suspended and all bonus-derived balances forfeited.
All bets placed on eh88 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game, as published in the applicable betting rules section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules. In the event of any ambiguity, the rules as interpreted by eh88's trading team shall be final and binding.
A bet is only deemed accepted when a unique bet reference number has been issued to your Account. eh88 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the User's side. You should always verify that a bet appears in your Account's betting history before relying on its placement.
eh88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Account holder's balance. Winnings arising from clearly erroneous odds will not be paid out.
eh88 applies maximum payout limits on a per-event and per-market basis, which are published within the relevant betting interface. No single bet or combination of bets may result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum, regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

We will endeavour to restore service as quickly as practicable in the event of technical downtime and will void any bets materially affected by Platform failure, returning stakes to affected Accounts.
eh88's total aggregate liability to any individual User in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. eh88 does not guarantee winnings. Losses incurred through lawful participation in games of chance are not recoverable from eh88 under any circumstances.
